New boat route to open in Trang An Scenic Area in 2018
A new boat route has been launched in Trang An Scenic area at the beginning of the year 2018.
With the new route, visitors will go on boats to visit the most beautiful water cave in Ninh Binh province called Hang May, which is nearly 1 kilometer long with sparkling stalacties. Visitors will also pass through three other water caves, visit historic temples and filming location of movie “Kong: Skull Island”. This new route will be a great experience for visitors during their trip to Trang An.
Being located 90 kilometers from Hanoi capital to the South, Trang An covers an area of 6,172 ha.The complex was recognized as a mixed cultural and natural World Heritage site by UNESCO in 2014. This is the first mixed site in Vietnam and Southeast Asia to be awarded World Heritage status.
Unlike other tours to Phong Nha- Ke Bang or Huong pagoda, in which visitors get in and get out by one route, here people will go in a closed circle. People start from the boat wharf, go through the mountains and caves and come back by another way.
